01

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ignixx. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02

What the service provides

Ignixx helps you import, normalize, validate, deduplicate, and open multiple URLs with adjustable batch sizes and loading delays. The service checks URL structure only. It does not verify the safety, legality, accuracy, availability, or reputation of any destination.

Browser security settings may limit the number of tabs that can be opened. Ignixx cannot guarantee that every requested tab will open.

03

Acceptable use

You may use Ignixx only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the service to facilitate malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, or unauthorized access.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or compromise the website or its hosting infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent Ignixx as validating or endorsing a destination website.
  • Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
04

Third-party websites

You decide which URLs to open and are responsible for confirming that you are authorized to visit them. Third-party websites are independent from Ignixx and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

Ignixx is not responsible for third-party content, downloads, transactions, availability, or harm caused by a destination website.

05

Intellectual property

The Ignixx name, interface, original design assets, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to use its branding in a misleading way.

06

No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.

07

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from the use of Ignixx or a third-party destination.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

08

Availability and changes

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service and may update these terms when necessary. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

09

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s registered location, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s registered location will have exclusive venue unless applicable law requires otherwise.
